Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by OWS Owasso Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
OWS Owasso Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts. We commit to delivering quality workmanship using appropriate materials and industry-standard methods.
Project timelines and specifications will be outlined in your service agreement. Weather conditions, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may affect scheduling. We will communicate any necessary changes promptly and work with you to minimize disruption.
Estimates and Payments
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during excavation or preparation. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We typically require a deposit to schedule work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to work areas and ensuring that underground utilities are properly marked before we begin. You must disclose any known site conditions that could affect the project, including drainage issues, previous concrete work, or underground obstacles.
You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area for safety. You are also responsible for protecting landscaping, sprinkler systems, and other property features outside the immediate work zone. We will take reasonable precautions, but we cannot be held liable for damage to items not related to the contracted work.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as outlined in your service contract. Warranty coverage typically includes structural defects resulting from improper installation or materials. Warranties do not cover damage from abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, settling, or acts of nature.
Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time due to shrinkage and temperature changes. These hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. Significant cracking, spalling, or structural failure due to installation defects will be addressed according to warranty terms.
Limitation of Liability
OWS Owasso Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the contract price of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, pipes, or wires that were not properly marked, disclosed, or discoverable through reasonable inspection. We strongly recommend calling 811 before any excavation work begins.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may incur charges for materials, labor, and other expenses already committed to your project.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative date that meets your needs.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our work or services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems fairly and promptly.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
